Job Description
Develop, manage, and sustain bank relationships within an assigned geographic market by prospecting, cross selling, relationship monitoring, and providing customer service. Focus is on diverse, small business relationships.
Requirements: Minimum four years experience in business banking. Proven sales and negotiating skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with sound knowledge of accounting, credit analysis as well as business banking products/policies/procedures required.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
