Job Description
A ChaseWorks Associate Registration Pricing Analyst is responsible for the registration and maintenance of all loans.
As a ChaseWorks Associate Registration Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for the following:
· Providing customer service to internal partners and external customers and branches in a call center environment.
· Accurate and timely input of registrations
· Handle all pricing exceptions, renegotiations, extended rate lock, and builder rate cap transactions
· Provide total customer satisfaction to internal partners and external customers and regional offices when registering/updating loans while limiting potential losses to Chase by adhering to Chase policies and procedures.
· Must be able to achieve an average of 95% pricing accuracy
· Must be able to comply with strict GAD requirements for pricing and safekeeping of sensitive customer's information

Qualifications
· Must be highly motivated, committed, and detail oriented individual.
· Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and outstanding work ethic.
· Minimum two years of mortgage banking experience is required
· High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
· Excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 55 wpm.
· Very strong mathematical skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Previous call center experience.
· Strong writing and verbal communication skills
· Strong PC skills on Microsoft Excel and Word
· Must be able to perform in a high pressure, time sensitive environment
· Knowledge of pricing/registration/secondary marketing a plus
