Job Requisition Number: 288787 Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: OVER HIRE FOR STAGECOACH DISTRICT IN JAX,FL. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Personal Banker 1 builds long-term relationships with existing and new retail and/or small business customers, ensures retention, and provides excellent service in all customer interactions. The bankers key responsibility is to discover and recommend solutions, cross-sell retail/small business products and services, initiate partner referrals that meet the customers needs and financial goals. Personal Banker 1 may reach out into the community by visiting businesses, make outbound calls to customers, and conduct educational seminars in the community. · Consistently meets sales and referral goals · Profiles every customer · Proactively engages with retail and/or small business customers · Maintains product knowledge of all bank products and services · Actively educates tellers and other staff as appropriate · Efficiently and accurately process retail customer transactions · Consistently provides quality customer service · Effectively resolves difficult customer situations · (9)Assists with other Store duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS: Basic Qualifications:1+ year previous experience selling products and services and 1+ year experience interacting with people or customers Minimum Qualifications: Proven ability to achieve sales goals, Demonstrated skill in use of computers; Positive approach in interactions with customers and team members. Reliable attendance, Professional (Verbal/Written Communication and Presence). Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays; Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail sales or the financial industry; Experience meeting customer satisfaction goals; Multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply Bilingual PB1: Must also have the ability to communicate in Spanish naturally and effectively, in formal and informal situations, on practical, social and professional topics.
