Description Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL. In this positions your responsibilities will include: · Interaction with multiple online systems while speaking with customers. · Meet performance quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment. · Strong discipline to adhere to schedules. · Advance call handling skills and behaviors. · Advanced communication skill, inclusive of verbal, written and interpersonal. · In depth knowledge of all products currently issued and serviced within the established AOR. · Ability to quickly learn new products and apply that knowledge to inbound customer needs. · Ability to clearly and concisely explain product features and options. · Commitment to Customer Service Excellence is required.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: · Candidates must have at least 2+ years of automotive dealership experience. Specifically back office automotive dealership experience is a plus. · At least 2 years of inbound call center experience is a plus. · Excellent customer service skills are required. · Candidates must also have strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills. · Complete on the job and/or classroom training as required to remain on the job. · Qualify on pre-employment screening. · Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. · Bachelor's degree is preferred.
