General Works, LLC, located in greater Orlando, Florida, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tecta America Corp., the largest commercial roofing company in the United States headquartered in Skokie, Illinois, with annual revenues in excess of $550 Million Nationwide, 28 operating companies and 50 locations throughout the United States, is seeking Lead & Assistant Roof Repair Technicians for its $3 million dollar repair roofing division.
This position will report directly to the Service Department Superintendent.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
General Works, LLC is looking for lead & assistant repair technicians who have knowledge of roofing systems and manufacturers' repair requirements for BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, tile, shingles, and PVC.
This position will work on various job sites in the city this position is posted in.
Requirements:
Five Years Commercial Roofing Experience
Valid Driver's License
Background check
Ability to lift over 75lbs on a regular basis and climb ladders.
Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
Ability to complete paperwork, sketches, and commit to excellent customer service.
Preference will be given
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience and a valid driver's license.
